Fluent in oral and written Chinese and English
 BS or above degree in computer science or relevant major
 Proven experience as a project manager with good supervisory and teamwork skills in a changing environment
 Familiar with managing outsourcing IT services
 Knowledge of IT certification and quality control, grasp of CMMI is a great advantage
 Result orientation combined with a strong commercial mind
 Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

 本科及以上学历；计算机相关专业；
 具有2年以上相关工作经验；
 熟悉C++语言、Visual C++ IDE、DLL编程经验、精通MFC/STL；
 具有面向对象分析和设计的能力，熟悉UML和常见建模工具，熟悉设计模式；
 基本的英语听/说/读/写能力；
 具有较好的沟通能力和创新能力，能承担较大的工作压力。

Bachelor degree or above; major in Computer Science related.
 2+ years hands-on programming experiences with openGL background.
 Practical in .Net/C# and design pattern.
 Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
 Be able to work under pressure.

 能够快速理解用户需求，对敏捷开发有一定理解
 熟练编写测试计划，测试用例，测试报告
 有一定的开发语言基础，有B/S结构下测试的经验
 有使用自动化测试工具的经验，熟练应用QTP或Selenium测试工具
 熟悉CMMI流程，懂得使用MQC，SVN工具
 能够快速执行测试，缺陷管理，能够很好与开发人员进行沟通
 机算机本科或相关专业
 英语 CET-4或以上，能用英语进行交流

 确保软件项目过程规范被实施；
 为软件项目过程规范的实施提供咨询、指导和培训；
 执行软件项目过程监控，跟踪协调问题的解决；
 优化度量体系，收集过程数据，分析质量过程的情况；
 收集软件项目过程改进建议，制定改进方案，开展过程改进工作。

 计算机相关专业，熟悉软件开发；
 三年以上软件行业质量管理或项目管理相关经验；
 熟悉CMM/CMMI质量模型；
 具有较强的沟通理解能力和协调能力，工作积极主动；
 敏锐的观察力，能及时发现流程中需要改进的地方；
 参与或主导过软件过程改进工作；
 良好的英语听说读写能力。
